A Syrian saying is: “Music is the food for the soul.“ That is the name of a group of musicians that has been active in Jena for a couple of years in order to treat the soul. “Souls“ these are Ahmed Hajjar on the oriental flute(Nay), Ahmad Hilani on the tambourine, Sarmad on the Uhd and Ward on the piano.Together they want to show the other, musical and happy face of Syria.
